Marlys Clark serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Kiefer Built Contracting, the trusted custom home builder and general contractor serving Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Fort Collins, and communities throughout Northern Colorado. As a proud member of the Kiefer family, Marlys brings the same values of integrity, craftsmanship, and client-first service that have defined the company for over 25 years — and channels them into the day-to-day operations that keep every project running smoothly.

With a steady hand and a big-picture mindset, Marlys ensures that the people, processes, and partnerships behind every custom home build, renovation, and commercial construction project are aligned and executing at the highest level. She is the connective tissue between the field and the office — bridging communication, coordinating teams, and making sure that the Kiefer Built standard of quality is upheld on every job site across Northern Colorado.

Construction truly runs in the family. Marlys’s son Logan is already following in the footsteps of his grandfather Mark — an established high school wrestler with the discipline and drive that fits right into the Kiefer Built culture. Watching the next generation step into the business is something Marlys holds close to her heart.

Outside of work, Marlys is a devoted wife and mother of three — her greatest role and her proudest accomplishment.
