Mindy Kiefer is the Chief Financial Officer of Kiefer Built Contracting, the trusted custom home builder and general contractor serving Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Fort Collins, and communities throughout Northern Colorado. With over 25 years of experience in insurance and accounting, Mindy is the financial backbone of every project Kiefer Built takes on, ensuring budgets are managed with precision, processes run efficiently, and clients always have full peace of mind from the first estimate to the final invoice.

Her meticulous attention to detail and forward-thinking financial strategy mean that every custom home build, renovation, or commercial construction project stays on track financially — no surprises, no shortcuts. Mindy’s background in streamlining operations and training staff has helped Kiefer Built scale while maintaining the personalized, family-centered service that Northern Colorado homeowners and business owners have come to trust.

For Mindy, the work is personal. Every project managed, every budget balanced, and every process refined is in service of the family business she’s helped build from the ground up — alongside her husband Mark, son Miles and daughter Marlys.

When she’s not keeping the books immaculate, Mindy is fully embracing life as a very active grandmother to her five grandchildren, ranging from just 2 months to 18 years old.
